Water Hemlock (Cicuta maculata)

All parts are highly toxic.

Symptoms

• A very small dose can be fatal.

• Symptoms may occur 15-60 minutes after eating.

• Vomiting

• Salivation and frothing at the mouth.

• Violent spasms and convulsions

• Fever

• Low heart rate

• Tremors

• Widely dilated pupils

• Delirium

• Coma

• Shock
