Four Seasons Pediatrics has opened up booking well visits online for ages 4 months and older. This feature can be accessed in the following manner:
Login to your portal account through a BROWSER (can be on your phone or a PC)
On the Dashboard click Appointments–>Book Online Appointments
Select the doctor
Select the Visit Type (Well Visit or Physical) – do not use use Sick visit as this will be cancelled if you book a well visit in a sick visit appointment type
At this time there will be a very limited number of sick visits, unless we can be certain about availability. You can check in the evening to see if there will be any open for the next day
Reason – add a reason (e.g. 10 year well visit)
Select your date from. If you leave default date of today, it will display the first ten (10) available appointments. If you are looking for an appointment for 2 months from today, change the date to the first date you are looking for, and the first ten appointments from that date will be displayed.
A couple of points:
You will see the same appointments that our staff can see, including when an appointment is cancelled and opened up
Appointments are generally opened up 6 months ahead of time
You can book 24/7, 7 days a week
As all of healthcare continues to suffer from staff shortages, this frees up our staff to meet other needs that you cannot self serve for. We therefore want to encourage use of the portal to book appointments
At this time, there are no other appointment types to book through the portal.
